BIKE TO ECOMONDO | The sustainable mobility challenge

As part of Ecomondo 2026, Bike to Ecomondo is launching a new challenge for exhibiting companies that encourages employees to choose bicycles for their commutes and for travel during the event.

 

Organized by Ecomondo, sponsored by FPZ and in collaboration with Wecity, the initiative promotes more sustainable mobility, fostering people's wellbeing and making a tangible contribution to the reduction of CO₂ emissions and road traffic.

 

Every kilometer traveled becomes a tangible result. Through the Wecity app, journeys are monitored to measure the kilometers traveled, the CO₂ emissions, showcasing the commitment of companies and participants.

How to participate?

Joining Bike to Ecomondo is easy. If you work for an exhibiting company, you can join the dedicated challenge by following these steps:

 

  • Download the Wecity app for free from the Google Play Store or the App Store
  • Enter the code ECOMONDO26 to access the dedicated challenge
  • After entering the code, search for your exhibiting company in the app and join its team
  • Use the app to record your bike rides by tapping START when you set off and STOP when you arrive. The rides tracking is available:

 

> from 1 September to 2 November for home-to-work rides;

> from 3 to 6 November for rides from and to the Expo Centre.

 

  • Track your impact: every kilometer you ride will contribute to the challenge and help measure the CO₂ emissions avoided and the environmental benefits generated
