Vito Bruno

General Director of ARPA Puglia (Regional Environmental Protection Agency of Apulia)

A lawyer specialized  in administrative and environmental law, he currently holds the position of General Director of ARPA Puglia (Regional Environmental Protection Agency of Apulia). He possesses extensive managerial experience in the administration of public institutions and the management of integrated policies concerning the environment, energy, and waste. At the national level, he is a member of the Steering Committee for the interaction between SNPS and SNPA, and coordinates the Council's Investigative Committee (TIC) IV of the SNPA, which is focused on pollution reduction for the protection of public health. 
Alongside his managerial role, he maintains a significant academic and scientific presence: he is an adjunct professor of Environmental and Health Law, the author of numerous publications in the field, and the former Scientific Director of the MASAS Master's program at the Libera Università Mediterranea (LUM).
His specialized education, improved at the University of Bari and SDA Bocconi, combines legal expertise with a strategic vision of public management.
