Elisabetta Perrotta

Degree in biological sciences, post-graduate internship at the Institute of Pharmacological Sciences in Milan and attainment of the title of Industrial Hygienist recognised by the Italian State and the European Community. After work experience in a company in the waste management sector, she is currently Director of Assoambiente - the Association that represents at national and European level the companies operating in Italy in environmental hygiene services, in the recycling, recovery and disposal of waste, in circular economy supply chains and in remediation (www.assoambiente.org) - with functions of associative representation before institutions and of support and updating on environmental regulations for member companies. Member of the Executive Council of FEAD (European Federation of Waste Management and Environmental Services) and participates in the tables of Recycling Europe (European Recycling Industries' Confederation). She is a member, by decree, of the ALBO Nazionale Gestori Ambientali Committee and of the CSSc Supervisory and Control Committee at the MASE. She is a member of the AdP RAEE Steering Committee, of the UNI Environment Commission and also participates in the work of the CTI (Italian Thermotechnical Committee). Various publications in national and international journals and newspapers (e.g. Industrial Technology, UNA-UK) on topics related to waste management, renewable energy and remediation.
