Associate Professor of Ecology at the University of Padova since 2022, he holds a degree in Environmental and Land Engineering and a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering Sciences. He deals with ecosystem management and restoration, particularly aquatic ecosystems. He is the scientific coordinator of the Interreg Italy-Croatia FishNoWaste project 'Waste reduction and management in fishing ports of the Adriatic Sea to promote sustainable fisheries'.
