Instructions for the presented papers
The Scientific Committee, based on the abstracts received, reserves the right to classify contributions either as an Oral Presentation or an e-Poster, according to the conference program requirements.
Read on to find out all the useful information related to:
- publication of e-Posters;
- opportunities to publish extended articles.
How to send the e-Poster?
For each conference open to the Call for Papers, the selected e-Posters will be published on the dedicated online event page.
No oral presentation is required for this type of contribution. However, at the end of the conference and at the discretion of the session chairs/coordinators, a brief summary of the published posters may be held.
No poster will or must be printed.
The content of each e-poster must be consistent with and correspond to the abstract submitted during the application process.
Authors are free to organize the poster according to their preferences, using text, images, tables, graphs, and other visual elements.
The high resolution one-page pdf file in vertical A4 format must be uploaded onto the appropriate platform according to the instructions that will be made known by the Coordinators of the respective sessions.
The e-posters must be uploaded no later than FRIDAY 25th SEPTEMBER 2026.
Any non-conformities will be reported and correction will be requested within two days from notification.
