Instructions for the presented papers
Instructions for the presented papers
The Scientific Committee, based on the abstracts received, reserves the right to place them as "Oral Intervention" or in the "Poster Session", in relation to the programmatic needs of the conference.
Read on to find out all the useful information related to:

- opportunities to publish extended articles.
How to send the Digital Poster?
Within each conference open to Call for Papers there is a “Poster Session” consisting of the collection of selected Digital Posters as attachments to the online page of the event itself.
Oral intervention is not intended/foreseen but at the end of the conference and at the discretion of the session coordinators, a short summary report of the Posters displayed can be held
No poster will or must be printed.
The contents of the posters (texts, images, tables, graphics, etc.) are absolutely at the preference of the author. The high resolution one-page pdf file in vertical A4 format must be uploaded onto the appropriate platform according to the instructions that will be made known by the Coordinators of the respective sessions.
The posters must be uploaded no later than FRIDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 2025.
Any non-conformities will be reported and correction will be requested within two days from notification.
