Event

Measuring circularity from a systemic perspective and along the entire value chain

Ravezzi 1 Room South Hall

The event will focus on the measurement of the circular economy, a topic of growing relevance at various levels: system, sector, supply chain, enterprise and product. Following the success of the four previous editions in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, this year's workshop will once again examine the evolution of circularity measurement, taking into account the development of national and international legislative standards and the spread of new experiences across different sectors.
Specifically, this year the focus will be on methods and processes to guarantee the market and Stakeholders the provenance, quality and environmental impact of materials and resources derived from recycling and reuse supply chains, using innovative tools based on third-party certification systems and scientifically robust calculation methodologies (such as LCA-based ones).
The workshop aims to present an overview of the various national and international approaches, and then explore the usefulness of measurement methods with companies and associations that have made use of these different approaches and can contribute to the refinement of the available tools.
