CORMATEX

Cormatex designs and manufactures complete lines for the production of nonwoven fabrics. The high versatility of its exclusive Airlay Lap Formair technology allows the processing of countless waste materials, end-of-life products, very short fibers, powders, and resins. At the company’s research and development center, a pilot line is available to test your own materials and create a tailor-made project, directly experiencing the efficiency of our machines.

DELL'ORCO & VILLANI

Dell'Orco & Villani produces machinery and recycling plants capable of eliminating ferrous and non-ferrous contamination and obtaining the longest possible fibre to facilitate the spinning process. We process waste materials from the textile industry to obtain fibres that can be used again in regeneration cycles. We supply single machines and complete lines to transform textile waste into reusable products for hygiene, furniture, automotive, geotextiles, construction, clothing, in the direction of a circular economy.

NEXT TECHNOLOGY TECNOTESSILE

Next Technology Tecnotessile is one of Italian leading organizations in Research and Development. Founded in 1972 in Prato, at the heart of Europe's main textile district, NTT has quickly become a reference point not only regionally but also nationally and internationally for technological transfer and innovation. Since 2011 NTT is the leading managing body of OTIR2020–TFC (Tuscany Fashion Cluster), a cluster organisation, working in fashion key sectors of the Tuscan manufacturing economy.  

RE.CREA

Re.Crea is a consortium promoted by the National Chamber of Italian Fashion and launched in 2022 by leading brands such as Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Max Mara, Moncler, OTB and Zegna. Its aim is to manage end-of-life textiles, fashion and accessories, promoting research and development into innovative recycling solutions. Re.Crea responds promptly to textile EPR regulations, promoting responsible, traceable and sustainable supply chain management.

RE&UP

RE&UP is the circulartech company reshaping the traditional textile-to-textile paradigm. By producing Next-Gen Cotton and Next-Gen Polyester that maintain the same performance as virgin fibers, it brings sustainable solutions to life, addressing the planet's most pressing challenges. Enriched by SANKO’s centenary knowledge in textile innovation, RE&UP creates a seamless circular ecosystem that transforms end-of-life textile waste into high-quality raw materials at scale

REMATRIX

Rematrix is an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) consortium for the proactive management of textile end-of-life products. It supports companies in simplifying regulatory compliance and enables sustainable circular business models. Thanks to a network of partners, it offers a supply chain for collection, reuse and recycling for the production of quality secondary raw materials. It makes use of digital technologies for efficient process management, traceability and calculation of environmental impacts.

RETEX.GREEN

Retex.Green is the Consortium for the circular economy of the fashion system, promoted by Confindustria Moda, Fondazione del Tessile Italiano and the leading Italian manufacturers in the sector. Created to support companies in the ecological transition, it protects brands and manufacturers through competent, traceable and compliant management of waste from clothing, home textiles, footwear, leather goods and accessories. The Consortium aims to be a national reference point for effective reuse and recycling in the fashion sector, with the goal of making the supply chain truly circular.

SAFE

Retex.Green is the SAFE Consortium for the circular economy and the Italian Hub of Consortia for Circular Economies, which since 2006 has been managing the end-of-life of WEEE, batteries and ELTs through the Ecoped, Ridomus, Ecopower and Pneulife Consortia

Since 2022, it has also been operating in the textile sector with the TWM project and is the general contractor for the Retex.green and Re.Crea consortia, transferring the know-how gained in other supply chains to the textile sector. With the Ecoguard Textile specification, it guarantees traceable, certified and safe supply chains in the end-of-life management of textile products.

TECHNOplants

TECHNOplants is a supplier of state-of-the-art airlay lines for the nonwoven industry.

The airlay line is the natural choice for processing recycled and waste fibres, coarse natural fibres, breakable mineral fibres and non-fibrous components such as resins, foam pieces, shredded cardboard and recycled leather. At the TECHNOplants technical centre, we offer the opportunity to test the reliability of our technologies and to produce samples from our own raw materials.

UNIRAU

UNIRAU aims to engage collection, trading, brokerage, and sorting operators—essential links in maximizing the value of collected materials—by focusing primarily on preparing clothing and fashion accessories for direct reuse in their original form and, secondarily, on the material recycling of fractions that cannot be directly reused.

ZEROW

Zerow is an innovative Italian startup giving new life to fashion waste (textiles, leather, plastics, metals, etc) from leading luxury brands. Through its Zerow Recycling division, the company delivers both open- and closed-loop solutions, transforming waste into high-value, sustainable materials in collaboration with a global network of partners.

By bridging luxury fashion and circular economy practices, Zerow is redefining how high-quality materials are recovered, reused, and recycled.
