LIFE FAGESOS is a European project co-financed by the LIFE Programme and co-ordinated by the Municipality of Monte San Biagio (Italy). It brings together an international partnership of public bodies, research institutes, enterprises and forestry stakeholders from Italy, Spain and Portugal, with the objective of combating the effects of the invasive pathogen Phytophthora cinnamomi, today one of the main threats to Mediterranean forests. The project focuses on the development and large-scale application of integrated management protocols (IPM), adapted to the ecological specificities of cork, holm and chestnut forests. Interventions include advanced monitoring tools through remote sensing, risk assessment models, low-impact treatments and prevention and containment measures.

LIFE FAGESOS aims to strengthen the ecological resilience of forests, protect ecosystem services, and provide replicable models at European level in response to the challenges of climate change and the spread of forest pathogens.

Microlab It is a leading company in the development of advanced digital solutions, with strong specialization in PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) systems. It integrates expertise in artificial intelligence, data analysis, and automation to provide tailored platforms that centralize and optimize the management of physical and operational security for businesses and complex infrastructures.

NANDO is an AI-based waste monitoring system designed to optimize the management and quality of waste collection. Through simple photos, NANDO monitors the quantity, quality of waste, and fill levels, providing real-time data to improve efficiency. The result: a 40% reduction in management costs and a 58% increase in the quality of waste collection.

Netco is a company specialized in the design and production of high-performance professional air purifiers. It primarily operates in the environmental remediation sector, with a specific focus on the removal of fine dust in industrial and professional settings. Through technologically advanced solutions, Netco ensures healthier work environments that comply with current regulations

PRECO SYSTEM SRL was founded in Gemona del Friuli in 1984, with a clear commitment reflected in its name, "Production of Ecological Systems". The company transforms 90 tons of post-consumer recycled plastic each year into 65 tons of hanit®, a new material used to create 2,000 long-lasting products, designed to be recyclable themselves. This circular model addresses the shortage of raw materials, maximizes resources destined for disposal, and promotes healthier and more sustainable cities.
