Log in to your Exhibitor Reserved Area
Log in to the exhibitor reserved area with your Master, Co-Master or Marketing credentials.
Select “Request a meeting”
Open “Request a meeting” from the left-hand menu and browse the exhibitor catalogue.
Find the company you want to meet
Use the filters to refine your search and quickly find the companies you are interested in.
Choose where and when to meet
Open the meeting option on the exhibitor's profile, choose a date and time and write a message to introduce your company.
Request a meeting
Send your request and wait for a reply: you will find all the meeting details in your personal meeting schedule.
Log in to your Visitor Reserved Area or to the Ecomondo App
Log in to the visitor reserved area and the Ecomondo app with your credentials.
Select the “Exhibitors” section
Open “Exhibitors” and browse the exhibitor catalogue.
Find the company you want to meet
Explore the details of all exhibitors and find the companies that match your interests.
Choose where and when to meet
Open the meeting option on the exhibitor's profile, choose a date and time and write a message to introduce yourself.
