After completing his studies, in 1998 he joined the family business following a few months of experience in Germany at B.A.S.F. (Ludwigshafen). From 1998 to 2002 he managed the company's quality management system, reorganising and optimising functions and processes. In 2003 he led the company to become the first in the sector to obtain ISO 14001 environmental certification, and in 2004 the OHSAS 18001 standard for safety. He joined the company's Board of Directors in 2008 and became Vice President in 2014. From 2020 he was appointed CEO, with all primary business functions reporting to him. In 2021 he was appointed President of Aimflex, the flexible films group within Unionplast. In 2025 he became President of UNIONPLAST, the Italian association of plastics processors.
