Giorgio Bressi, engineer and Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering (Politecnico di Milano), is one of the leading national and international experts in the management of construction and demolition waste and the production of recycled aggregates, author of over 100 technical-scientific publications. At the European level, he serves as Vice President of the Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste branch of Recycling Europe (formerly EURIC), of which he is a member of the respective Board of Directors, as well as being a member of the Board of Directors of FIR (Fédération Internationale du Recyclage), a historic international association active for decades in the recovery of construction and demolition waste. At the national level, he is Technical Director of ANPAR (Associazione Nazionale Produttori Aggregati Riciclati), member of the Scientific Committee of the Ecomondo Fair in Rimini, and founding member of Tecnitalia Ingegneria.
