Formerly Head of the Health and Equal Opportunities Office at National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI) and Project Manager at ANCIcomunicare, she is currently serving at the Private Secretariat of the President of the National Research Council (CNR) and is Staff Leader of the UNESCO Chair on Urban Health at Sapienza University of Rome.
She is a member of the National Committee for Biosafety, Biotechnology and Life Sciences of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Working Group on Urban Health.
She is committed to promoting awareness and proactivity among cities regarding the direct link between quality of life and the planning, study, and monitoring of healthy cities.
Strongly interested in the development of projects on health, sport, and wellbeing in urban contexts, she has gained extensive experience through her work with Health City Institute, Fondazione SportCity, URBES Magazine, OPEN Italy, and the European Committee of the Regions.
