Vito Bruno

A lawyer specialising in administrative and environmental law, he currently holds the position of Director General of ARPA Puglia. He has extensive managerial experience in the management of public bodies and in the governance of integrated policies on the environment, energy and waste. At national level, he is a member of the Steering Committee for the interaction between SNPS and SNPA and coordinates the Council's Instructional Committee (TIC) IV of the SNPA, focused on reducing pollution to protect public health. Alongside his managerial profile, he pursues a significant academic and scientific career: he is a contract professor of Environmental and Health Law, the author of numerous sector publications, and former Scientific Director of the MASAS Master's programme at the Libera Università Mediterranea (LUM). His specialist training, completed at the University of Bari and SDA Bocconi, combines legal expertise with a strategic vision of public management.
