He graduated in Hydraulic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and has always worked in the field of network services, particularly in the Integrated Water Service, both as a designer and works manager and as an operator of water supply and sewage networks, gas distribution and wastewater treatment plants, mainly in the Lombardy region. He has carried out his activities in private companies, as a consultant for Public Administrations, and from 1995 to the present in Lombardy-based Multiutility companies. Since January 2017, he has held the role of Chief Executive Officer of A2A Ciclo idrico.
