Marco Guazzoni · 1971 · Vibram Born in Milan, he has lived in Italy and abroad, holding a degree in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in collaboration with the University of Birmingham; he obtained his part-time MBA at SDA Bocconi while working at Dow Chemical. He lives in Milan, has two children, and has worked in Multinational Companies and Family Businesses. In over 28 years of career, 20 of which as an executive, he has led strategic, commercial and innovation development across various sectors and functions as General Manager, expert in Strategy, Family Transition and People Leader. He is regarded as an innovator with critical thinking, highly focused on medium and long-term vision. Director of Sustainability and Strategy at Vibram, to which he dedicates passion and energy, with strong values of Ethics and Integrity, Consistency and Reliability. Member of the Board of Directors of Lati Spa and Chairman of the Sustainability Committee. His motto: 'Be the change you wish to see in the world' Leader of the Bocconi Community, President of the Forum della Meritocrazia, an association for the promotion of a culture of merit in Italy, for which he has overseen for many years the Talent Incubator Mentoring programme.
