Biography

In 2018 I obtained a Master's Degree in Building Engineering and Architecture from the University of L'Aquila, Italy, and qualified to practice the profession. During my studies I acquired technical skills in structural and architectural design of buildings, both new constructions and those subject to restoration and conservation works, with particular attention to residential buildings, construction phase planning and site management, with a focus on energy efficiency and materials. From 2020 to 2023 I carried out freelance activities, in collaboration with technical firms or independently, first taking on the role of project coordinator for design, adaptation and construction management in the telecommunications sector, and then dedicating myself to activities related to building/urban planning applications with local authorities and the drafting of energy performance certificates, also within the framework of state incentives. Since March 2023 I have held the role of technical officer at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy in the fields of Ecodesign, Raw Materials, Circular Economy, and Energy. ▪ Representative in working groups with other national authorities in the fields of Ecodesign, Circular Economy, Batteries, Green Public Procurement and the Minamata Convention on Mercury, also with the aim of defining national strategies and plans ▪ Member of the Secretariat of the Supervisory Body of consortia and autonomous systems for the management of waste, packaging and packaging waste ▪ Representative as national expert in the Ecodesign Forum and responsible for coordinating the national position on secondary acts of the Ecodesign Regulation ▪ Officer in charge of coordinating the national position during the negotiation phase of the CRMA Regulation Member of the Technical Secretariat of the 'Critical Raw Materials Table'
