Graduated in Hydraulic Engineering at the Faculty of Genova, for almost forty years he has been working on dam safety and hydroelectric production at Enel. He has held various organizational roles at the Italian level and is currently in the general supervision unit for foreign countries. He is Vice President of ITCOLD and Chairman of the Technical Committee on Operation, Maintenance and Rehabilitation of ICOLD.
