Antonio Visconti

A professional with extensive experience in the economic and tax sector, he is a Certified Public Accountant (Dottore Commercialista), Statutory Auditor, Court-Appointed Technical Consultant, and Bankruptcy Trustee at the Court of Salerno. He holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Salerno and has developed a highly specialised career in tax, EU, and international law, obtaining a second-level master's degree and a PhD in 'Environmental, Financial, Social Security and Tax Institutions and Policies' at the University of Naples Federico II, graduating first in his class with a scholarship. He has combined his professional activity with significant academic and scientific experience, teaching at the University of Naples Federico II and holding lecturing positions in university master's programmes, advanced training courses, and preparatory programmes for the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) competitive examinations. He also served as a lecturer in Financial Law at the Military Aeronautical Academy in Pozzuoli. In 2017, he was elected President of the Board of Directors of the ASI Salerno Consortium, a Public Economic Body responsible for the management and development of the industrial areas of the Province of Salerno, a role in which he gained significant experience in governance and industrial development policies. Since 2019, he has been a member of the regional Steering Committee for the Special Economic Zones (SEZ) of Campania. Since October 2022, he has held the position of President of FICEI – Federazione Italiana Consorzi ed Enti di Industrializzazione, based in Rome, taking on a prominent role within the national system of bodies engaged in the promotion, management, and enhancement of industrial areas and in the economic and productive development of the territory.
