Alfio Fontana is a professional driven by a genuine passion for sustainability in all its dimensions. Currently Corporate Partnership & CSR Manager at Humana People to People Italia, Alfio pursues his mission of creating a positive and tangible impact on the environment and on people, through strategic partnerships and concrete projects. With extensive experience as an Energy Manager, Alfio has always considered energy efficiency as part of a broader vision, which includes the well-being of people, communities and the planet. At Humana, he passionately dedicates himself to developing and promoting Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives that not only optimise the use of natural resources, but also aim to create value for the communities involved. Alfio works to implement solutions that respect the environment and have a positive social impact, fostering an ethical and inclusive approach to sustainability. His advanced training – including the 'Executive Energy Management' programme at MIP, the Business School of Politecnico di Milano, and the master's degree in 'Gestione della Sostenibilità aziendale' at 24ORE Business School – has reinforced his conviction that sustainability and innovation are intrinsically linked.
