The Hosted Buyers Program is a loyalty and development initiative that focuses on international delegates.
It offers an exclusive opportunity for qualified international experts to participate in the fair.

This program, implemented by Ecomondo in collaboration with the ICE Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), aims to foster dialogue and enhance business relationships by engaging over 350 international buyers every year.

Free entrance tickets, free lunches at the expo and an open access to the Buyer's Lounge, the key area where all the buyers in the program are hosted.

Contribution to the accommodation, airport transfer service (from/to Bologna, Ancona or Rimini), daily shuttle service (from/to hotels) are part of the agreement.

Apply using My Agenda by Ecomondo

My Agenda is a registration and matchmaking software which connects supply and demand in a targeted manner, enabling buyers and sellers to create their own agenda.

You can use this platform to register and organise your appointments with exhibitors.
 

Buyers and sellers are profiled according to company type, size, country of origin, products and solutions, objective.
 

Networking and targeted businesses: the appointment system makes participation in the event profitable and takes place online via My Agenda.

 

Follow the steps:

  1. Buyers fill in the profiling form while sellers fill in the offer form. 
  2. After filling in the form directly from their reserved area, they can contact the operators present by selecting them thanks to an effective search engine. Once the appointments have been confirmed, the system generates an agenda that allows the buyer to arrive at the fair with a precise schedule of meetings at the stands.
  3. During Ecomondo, appointments last about 20 minutes each and are held directly at the exhibitors booths.
